You can find Kamal Bag Stores at A 1/132 in the Ban Vihar Colony Housing Board area, right by the Edgah Delhi By Pass. We’ve been here for years, and the shop is pretty much part of the neighborhood now. The Housing Board area is quiet enough, though the bypass can get noisy with all the trucks passing through. Our store is packed with bags of all kinds. We don't have a lot of empty floor space because we try to keep a good variety on hand. It’s not a fancy mall shop with bright spotlights. We just have some regular tube lights and shelves that have been there since we opened. Sometimes the aisles are a bit narrow to walk through if we just got a new shipment in. We don't use any high-pressure sales tactics. If you want a bag, you look around and find one you like. We’re usually sitting near the front counter, ready to help if someone asks a question. Most of the people who come in are locals we’ve seen before. We’ve got a little stool behind the counter that’s seen better days, but it’s still sturdy. We don't worry about sounding like a big corporation. We just open up in the morning, sweep the front, and wait for the day to start. It’s a simple way of doing things here at Edgah Delhi By Pass, and that suits us fine.
