You’ll find us right by the bus stand on Phulera Shambhar Road. It’s a noisy spot with all the buses coming and going, but it works for us. We do motor work, mostly fixing things up or getting parts for people. It’s a lot of grease and hands-on work every day. The shop isn't much to look at, just a practical space where we keep our tools and whatever vehicles are being worked on. People stop by because they're having trouble with their bikes or cars while passing through the bus stand area. We’ve been here for a good bit of time now. Some days are slow and we just sit around talking, other days we can't even stop for tea because there’s so much to fix. It gets dusty with the road right there. We don't have a big front office or anything like that. It’s just the workshop and us. Usually, there’s a couple of us working at any given time. We see a lot of locals and people from the nearby villages too. If you need something specific for a motor, we usually have a way to find it or it's already sitting on a shelf somewhere in the back. It’s a straightforward business. No one here wears a suit, that's for sure. We just get on with the repairs and try to get people back on the road. It’s what we know how to do.
