Our place is right on Khatipura Road, just across from the Roopayan Vivah Sthal. It’s a busy spot, especially when there’s a wedding going on and the traffic gets a bit much. We’ve been operating K K Properties out of Vaishali Nagar for a while now. Most days it’s just us handling the usual property questions that come up. People stop by to ask about plots or if anything is opening up nearby. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency or anything like that. We just know this specific area well. Sometimes we’re out of the office checking on a site, so the door might be locked for an hour, but we’re usually around. It’s a straightforward business. We talk to the owners, we talk to the buyers, and we try to make sure nobody gets a headache from the process. It's mostly about knowing who is selling what. Vaishali Nagar has changed a lot lately with new buildings coming up everywhere. We try to keep track of it all. If you live around here, you probably know the landmarks near us.
