Our place is at J-53-54 in the Sitapura Industrial Area. If you spend any time in Sitapura, you know it’s a massive place with rows and rows of factories. We’ve got a decent-sized spot here for Juki India Private Limited. Most of the day is spent handling machines and making sure the inventory is where it should be. It’s not a quiet office environment. There is always something being moved, tested, or packed up. We have a lot of people coming in and out, whether it’s staff, technicians, or people looking for parts. The building is functional—concrete floors and high ceilings to keep it from getting too stifling during the Rajasthan summers. We don't use a lot of big words or try to impress anyone with fancy talk. We just know our machines inside and out. Some of us have been with the company since we moved into this unit. We eat lunch together and talk about the work or whatever else is going on in the area. The Sitapura roads can be a mess when it rains, but otherwise, it’s a pretty standard place to work. We keep our heads down and make sure the orders are processed. It’s a lot of repetitive tasks sometimes, but that is the nature of the industry. We just try to do a decent job every day and keep the machines in good order for the next shift that comes in later.
