JU ASSOCIATES LLP is located at 218 HAPPY PRANGANBINDAYAKA in the area of SIRSI and JHOTWARA. It’s a bit of a drive out this way, but it is a decent place to be. The building is fairly straightforward and we’ve been here long enough that the guards know us by name. Inside, it’s just a regular workspace with the typical desks and some filing cabinets that have seen better days. We don’t really go in for anything flashy or modern. Most of our morning is spent just sorting through emails and figuring out what needs to be handled first on the list. The area around Bindayaka has its own pace, which we’ve grown to appreciate over the years. It’s not as chaotic as the center of town, which helps when you need to focus on something for a while. We usually have lunch together or just grab something quick from the nearby shops. There are a few trees outside that give a bit of shade in the afternoons. Sometimes the internet acts up when it rains, but we manage to get things done eventually. It’s a simple setup for simple work. We don't have a big reception desk or anything like that. You just walk in and we are right there. It’s a practical environment for us. We just keep our heads down and get through the day.
