Joy L Clinic

Joy L Clinic is over at Plot No. 69 in Welcome Colony. It’s near the Rawak Ji Bandha area, off Khatipura Road. I picked this spot because it's quiet. Well, most of the time it is. Khatipura Road can get packed during rush hour. I’ve been working here for a few years now. The clinic is basically just a few rooms I fixed up. It’s clean and does the job. I don't have a receptionist, so I usually answer the phone myself if I'm not with someone. It's a bit of a juggle, but I prefer it that way. You get to know people better. I see a lot of folks from Welcome Colony. They stop in for various things. I try to keep the shelves organized, but papers tend to pile up by the end of the week. My coffee mug is usually sitting on the corner of the desk. People come in, we talk about what's bothering them, and we see what can be done. It's a simple life. No big corporate rules here. If I need to close early for a family thing, I just lock the door and put up a small sign. Most of my regulars have my mobile number anyway. It’s just a local clinic for local people. Nothing more than that. I'm just happy to be here.
