If you know Jaipur, you know how busy Johari Bazar gets. We are right in the thick of it at Pitaliya ka Chowk. Our office is on the first floor, number 2014. It is a very old part of the city, so the buildings have a lot of character, but the stairs can be a bit steep and the lanes are always crowded with people and rickshaws. Jodhani Exim Private Limited is based right here. Being in Johari Bazar means we are surrounded by jewelry shops and all sorts of traders. It is a lively place to work, though it can get very loud with all the honking and shouting outside. We handle import and export tasks. Our office isn't very large, but we’ve made it work for us. There is always a stack of documents on someone’s desk and the phone rings quite a bit. We don't have a polished corporate image. We are just a group of people working in a traditional market area. Sometimes the traffic is so bad it takes forever just to get a few blocks away, so we mostly stay put during the day. We have our tea brought in from the local stall, and that’s our little break. It’s a practical way of living and working. We know the neighbors and we know how the market flows. It’s just how things are done here in the chowk.
