We've been here in Vaishali Nagar for a while now. Our office is right near the DAV Public School at F 153. It’s a busy spot but we like it. Most days involve showing people around houses or looking at paperwork for plots. We aren't doing anything fancy, just helping out when someone needs a place to live or wants to sell what they have. Dealing with property is just what we do every morning when we open up. Sometimes people just walk in to ask about prices in the area because they saw our sign near the school. We know the streets around here pretty well since we spend all our time walking them with clients. It is mostly just a few of us handling things. We don't have a big call center or anything like that. If you call, you just talk to one of us. Usually, there is tea on the desk and maps spread out everywhere. We try to keep things straightforward. If a house has an issue, we say it. If the price is high, we tell you that too. It’s better to be honest about the buildings and the land so nobody gets a surprise later. The neighborhood is changing quite a bit lately with new shops coming up. We just keep doing our thing from this office, making sure people find what they need without a lot of fuss. It takes time to get everything right, but we don't mind the extra effort for our clients.
