Job Sarch

Down near the Chodhari Petrol Pump, you will find our spot at Plot-04 in Gayatri Nagar-B. It’s easy to find if you are coming from the Thana Puliya area in Sanganer. We operate under the name Job Sarch, which we know is spelled a bit differently. We are tucked in with Kanheya Lal Sharma’s place. It’s a local neighborhood, so it feels more like a home than an office most of the time. We started this because we saw a lot of people in Sanganer struggling to find where the jobs were posted. We just collect whatever information we can get from the surrounding factories and shops. The office has a couple of old chairs and a desk that’s seen better days. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If you come by, you’ll just talk to one of us directly. Sometimes the tea stall next door is where we do most of our talking anyway. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, maybe a bit too relaxed sometimes, but we get the job done. We keep a list of who is looking for work and try to match them up when something opens up at the petrol pump or the nearby warehouses. It’s not a big business, just a small setup to help the local folks get by. We like it that way because it keeps things simple and honest.
