Joal Industries

Joal Industries is tucked away in the A.V.S. Compound over in Koramangala 4th Block. If you know 80 Feet Road, we are just off 3rd Cross. It’s a busy part of Bangalore, but once you get inside the compound, it’s a bit quieter. We do industrial work here, nothing too flashy, just practical stuff that needs doing. The space is filled with equipment and raw materials, and there is usually a lot of noise from the machines during the day. We’ve been at number 27 for quite some time now. The guys on the floor know their jobs well, and we don't feel the need to hover over them. It’s a straightforward business. We make parts and handle industrial needs for other local businesses mostly. The traffic on 80 Feet Road can be a nightmare in the evenings, so we usually try to finish up early or stay late to avoid the worst of it. We don't have a marketing department or a fancy website that works properly. Most people find us because they’ve worked with us before or their friend told them we do a decent job. We just keep our heads down and focus on the orders we have. It’s not always easy, especially when a machine breaks down, but we figure it out as we go. It’s a real place with real people just doing their daily work and trying to stay ahead of the deadlines.
