We are located at Plot A-21 in the 22 Godam Industrial Area, right across from the State Bank of India. It’s a large plot that houses our warehouse and a small office space. The area is always full of heavy vehicles and the sound of industry. Inside, we keep a vast stock of belts and other mechanical parts. The warehouse is the main part of the building, with high shelves and concrete floors that stay cool even when it’s hot outside. Our office is just a corner of the building where we have a few desks and a computer to manage the orders. It’s a practical setup without any fluff. We don't have a reception desk or a showroom for people to browse. Usually, guys from the nearby factories come in knowing exactly what they need. We spend our time checking part numbers and loading up deliveries. The windows look out onto the busy road, and we can hear the trains from the Jaipur station nearby. We have a small crew and we’ve been working together for years, so we have a routine that works. We don't use any fancy marketing, we just rely on the fact that we have the parts people need and we get them out the door quickly.
