We are out in the Jhotwara Industrial Area at plot number 41-B. Being in an industrial zone means it’s all about warehouses, trucks, and the sound of machinery. We work with polymers, so the facility is more of a factory and storage space than a shiny office. There’s usually a lot of dust in the air and the smell of raw materials being processed. We spend our days managing the production line and making sure the bags are stacked correctly for shipping. It’s hard work and the sheds get very hot under the sun. We don't have any fancy receptionists or carpeted floors. Most of us are in work clothes, dealing with the actual physical side of the business. The trucks come in and out of the gate all day, bringing in supplies or taking away finished goods. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city, but this is where the work happens. We eat our lunch together in a small break room and then get back to the machines. Sometimes things break down and we have to spend the whole afternoon fixing a belt or a motor. It’s just the reality of running a polymer plant. We stay focused on the output and making sure everything is moving along as it should. It’s a noisy, busy place but it’s where we belong. We keep things simple and just focus on getting the daily production numbers right.
