Jhalani Associates

Jhalani Associates is found at No. 56 Gopalwadi, which is very close to the Ajmer Pulia. The bridge is a big landmark, so most people find us by looking for that. Our office is on the ground floor. It is full of files, folders, and stacks of paper that seem to grow every week. We deal with a lot of different people coming in to talk about their cases or their taxes. It is mostly quiet inside, except for the sound of the keyboard or the printer running in the corner. We have a few chairs for visitors to wait in. The tea guy comes by every morning and afternoon, which is a highlight of the day. Gopalwadi is a decent area, but parking near the pulia can be a bit of a nightmare sometimes. We have worked here for years and the walls are covered with old calendars and maps. We do not use any fancy software for everything; a lot of it is still done by hand in big registers. The windows look out onto the street, so we see the traffic moving toward Ajmer Road all day long. Sometimes we stay late when there is a deadline, and the streetlights come on outside. It is a straightforward office. We just do the work that needs doing for the people who walk through the door. Most of our clients come from word of mouth around the neighborhood.
