We share the space with the research side of things, so you might see people in lab coats moving between the rooms with samples. It’s a busy place, especially since Kalwar Road is always packed with people going somewhere. The hospital side handles the patients who walk in with their various aches and pains. We have some decent equipment for testing and we try to keep things organized, though the files do pile up on the desks sometimes when we are short-handed. Jhotwara is a lively part of town and our hospital reflects that energy. It’s not the most modern-looking building from the outside, but it’s sturdy and it works for what we need. The staff here are mostly local people who know the shortcuts around the neighborhood. We spend a lot of time just talking to the families who come in because they're often worried about their relatives. It’s part of the job. We don’t have a big PR team or anything, just us doing the work every day. If you need to find us, look for the sign on Kalwar Road. We’re usually there from early morning until late, making sure everything is running as it should be for the patients who need help. It is a humble place but we work hard.
