Jeen Mata Properties

Our office is over at D-70 in Murlipura. We are quite close to the Post Office, which is the easiest way to explain where we are to anyone visiting for the first time. Jeen Mata Properties has been in this spot for a good bit of time. The office is just a simple room with some chairs and a table where we look at maps and papers. Dealing with property means we spend half the day in the office and the other half out walking around different plots or looking at houses. It gets quite dusty out there in the new developments. We talk to a lot of people every day. Some are looking to buy their first little piece of land and others are trying to sell. We listen to what they need and see what is available in the Murlipura area. There is always a pot of tea going or someone bringing over snacks from the nearby stalls. We don't have a big corporate setup. It is just us and a few phones. We know the local streets very well because we’ve lived and worked here so long. Sometimes the paperwork takes forever, and we just sit here under the fan waiting for things to clear at the government office. It’s a slow business sometimes, but we like the people we meet. People stop by just to chat about the market or ask how prices are moving. We just give them the honest news.
