We’re located at Gayatri Bhawan on Tonk Road, right near the Choudhay Petrol Pump. If you look across from the Jain Dental Hospital in Sanganer, you’ll see our door. It’s a decent spot. We do property work here, mostly focused on the Sanganer area and the land around Tonk Road. A lot of people come in asking about plots or houses. We just give them the facts about what’s for sale or rent. It’s a lot of sitting around waiting for the phone to ring and then rushing out to meet someone at a site. The petrol pump nearby makes it a good landmark. We’ve been here for a bit, so we know most of the people around. It’s a simple business. We don't use a lot of big words or complicated contracts if we can help it. Just regular property stuff for regular people. Sometimes the dust from the road gets in, but we keep the fan going. We deal with farmers, shop owners, and families. Everyone wants something different. We just try to keep everything organized in our files. It’s a lot of talking and walking around. Nothing flashy.
