We are located at No. 9 Devi Nagar Mod, right on New Sanganer Road. The easiest way to find us is by looking for Metro Pillars 78 and 79. Being right under the metro line makes it convenient for people taking the train, though the road underneath is always packed with cars and bikes. We are a hospital that focuses on laparoscopic surgery. The building is a multi-story structure that we’ve tried to set up as efficiently as possible. We have the operating theaters on one floor and the patient wards on others. It’s a lot of climbing stairs or waiting for the lift. The rooms for the patients are basic but they have what is needed for a short stay. It’s a very busy environment, with doctors and nurses constantly moving around. The noise from the metro passing overhead is something you just get used to after a few days. The lobby area usually has a few families sitting around waiting for news, and it can get a bit loud when everyone is talking at once. We keep a simple reception desk where all the files are stacked. The area around Devi Nagar Mod has grown a lot recently, so there are more pharmacies and eateries nearby now. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. We just rely on the fact that we are easy to find and have been here for a while.
