Our office is over at Naryani Tower on Tonk Road in Sanganer. We are pretty easy to find since we're right near the Flight View Restaurant. Being so close to the airport means we see a lot of planes coming in, which is a bit of a distraction sometimes. Jain Realtors is a small team. We spend most of our time looking at properties and talking to people who want to buy or sell. The office itself is just a regular room with some desks and a few chairs for visitors. We don't have any of those fancy coffee machines; we just use the kettle in the back. Tonk Road is a busy stretch, so there’s always noise from the traffic. We’ve been here long enough that we know most of the other shop owners nearby. Our day is usually split between being in the office and driving out to show people different plots of land or houses. It’s a lot of driving, to be honest. We don't use much fancy software; most of our notes are kept in thick registers or on simple spreadsheets. We like to keep things face-to-face as much as possible. It feels more real that way. It's a straightforward business. We don't make big promises we can't keep. We just try to help people find a place that fits what they need. Most of our clients come from word of mouth anyway.
