If you come down to the Mansarovar RIICO Industrial Area, you will find Jai Shri Baba Ramdev Stone Impex. We have a good-sized yard here where we keep all the stone that comes in. It’s a lot of work moving these heavy blocks around, so we spend most of our time outdoors. The sun can be quite strong, but we just wear our hats and keep moving. Our office is a small building at the front of the lot. It’s nothing special, just some desks and a place to file the shipping papers. We deal with impex, so there’s always a lot of talk about shipping containers and truck schedules. It can get a bit stressful when a shipment is delayed, but we’ve learned to take it in stride over the years. We’ve been in Mansarovar for a long time and we know how the industrial area works. The roads are a bit rough, and there is always dust in the air from all the factories around us. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We are just people who know about stone and how to get it from one place to another. Having our tea together in the mornings before the work starts is a tradition. It’s a simple routine, and it suits us just fine. No flashy signs are needed to tell people what we do; the stone in the yard is enough.
