Jai Shree Ram Properties

You can find us at Shop-263/209 in Gandhi Kuteer, which is over in Pratap Nagar. It’s a small shop but it serves us well. We’ve been operating Jai Shree Ram Properties from this spot for quite some time now. Pratap Nagar is a nice area, it has a mix of everything. Our shop is right in the middle of where people live and go about their daily business. You won’t find anything too fancy here, just some desks and the records we keep for our property work. We usually start the day early with a bit of cleaning. The street outside can get a bit dusty, so we try to keep the shop tidy. People often stop by just to say hello or ask about something they saw nearby. We don’t really do any big marketing. Most of our work comes from folks who live right here in Gandhi Kuteer or nearby streets. It’s a friendly place to be. We know the other shopkeepers around us and we all look out for each other. Sometimes we sit outside on a stool when it’s not too hot. The neighbors know they can find us here most days. It’s a practical way to run a business, just being present and talking to people. We’ve seen many families move in and out of Pratap Nagar over the years. It feels good to be part of the local fabric here in our little shop.
