Jai Shree Property

People usually find us out here in Ambedkar Colony around 12 Mile. It’s a busy spot most days, especially in the mornings when everyone is heading out. I’ve been sitting in this office for quite a long time now. You see a lot of things change over the years in a neighborhood like this. The roads get busier, new shops open up down the street, and the trees get a bit taller. Our place isn't anything fancy, just a simple spot where we handle our property work at Jai Shree Property. Most of the people who walk through the door are locals or folks who heard about us from a neighbor. We usually have the fan going and some tea ready if a friend stops by to chat. It gets a bit noisy with the traffic outside, but you get used to it after a week or two. Sometimes the dust from the road gets inside so we’re always dusting off the desks. It’s just how it is around here. We don’t really do much big advertising or anything like that. Most people just know the sign. If you’re passing through the 12 Mile area, you’ve probably seen us. It’s a decent place to work and we know most of the faces around Ambedkar Colony by now. We just keep things moving one day at a time, looking at papers and talking to people about where they want to live.
