Jai Maa Tours & Travels

We run Jai Maa Tours & Travels from our office at A-3G, Sundar Patha in Bani Park. We’re tucked away just behind the Crystal Mall. It’s a nice enough area, though parking can be a bit of a pain during the weekends when the mall gets busy. We’ve been here for a while, handling all kinds of travel stuff. Some people come in wanting a car for a wedding, and others are looking to book a long trip across the country. We have a lot of regular customers from the Bani Park neighborhood who just drop by to see what’s new. The office is pretty simple—just some desks, chairs, and a lot of paper. We aren't really into the whole "corporate" look. We prefer to just have a chat and figure out what someone needs. Sometimes we’re out on the road checking on things, so the office might be locked for an hour, but usually, someone is there. We deal with the usual travel headaches like changing schedules and bad weather, but we do what we can. It’s a small family-run feel here. We don’t have fancy brochures for everything, sometimes we just write things down on a notepad. It’s a practical way to work. If you are near the mall and need to talk about a trip, you can find us easily enough. We’re just regular people trying to help.
