We’re located in Bani Park at Alankar Tower. Our office is M/Z 5, right on Kabir Marg. It’s a nice area, usually a bit quieter than the main markets. Being opposite Fashion Cot makes us easy to find. We help people find places to stay or work. It sounds simple, but people can be very picky about where they want to live. We spend a lot of time walking around showing different properties. My shoes wear out pretty fast. We keep a big list of what’s available in a folder. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing all morning. People are always looking for a better deal or a bigger room. We’ve seen all kinds of houses and offices in this part of town. Bani Park has some really old, beautiful buildings and some new ones too. We just try to match the person to the place. We don't have a big staff. It’s just a few of us here. The office is small, with a couple of chairs for visitors. We usually have a news channel running on the small TV in the corner. There’s no big secret to what we do. We just know the neighborhood well. If a landlord has a vacancy, they tell us. If someone needs a roof, they come to Alankar Tower. It’s just about connecting the two. Some days we find a perfect match quickly, and other days we spend hours looking. That is just the nature of the property business. We take things as they come.
