Jagannath Properties is located at 10/246 in the Mansarovar area. Our office is on Madhyam Marg, which is quite easy to find since it is near the cricket stadium. You can usually tell when there is a big game because the traffic gets a bit backed up outside our door. We’ve been here for quite a while now, and the office has become a bit of a second home. It’s a plain space with a few chairs for visitors and a couple of old desks that have seen better days. We handle various property matters for people around Mansarovar. It’s a lot of talking to owners and showing flats to families. We don’t have any slick presentations or anything like that. We just tell people what we know about the properties and let them decide. The walls are a bit bare, and the files are mostly kept in boxes, but we know where everything is. It’s a small, local business and we like it that way. Most of our clients come from the nearby streets, and we often run into them at the market. We just try to be helpful and give people the facts without any extra fuss. It's a busy life on Madhyam Marg, but we wouldn't want to be anywhere else. We usually stay open until the street lights come on, just in case someone needs a quick word after work.
