It Recruiter

Our office is located at 38/274 Rajat Path in the Mansarovar area of Jaipur. It’s a decent neighborhood, and we’ve been here long enough that the local shopkeepers know our faces and we know where to get the best tea nearby. We spend most of our time on the phone or checking through piles of resumes. Recruitment is basically just trying to match people with jobs, which isn't always as easy as it sounds in the tech world. Jaipur is a growing city, so there’s always someone looking for a new role in IT or a company trying to find a coder. We sit in a small space and keep track of who is hiring. Some days the internet is a bit slow or the power flickers, but we manage to keep going. We aren’t a big fancy agency with glass offices. It’s just a few of us trying to help folks find a paycheck. We talk to developers, testers, and all sorts of tech people throughout the day. Most of the time, it’s just about making sure the skills on paper actually exist in real life. We drink a lot of tea while we work and the street outside can get pretty busy during the evening rush hour. We don’t have any big corporate slogans. We just look at what a company needs and see if we have anyone in our files who fits. Sometimes it works out perfectly, and sometimes it doesn’t work out at all. We try to be honest with everyone we talk to. That’s pretty much the whole story of what happens here at our Rajat Path office. It's simple, straightforward work for the most part, and we just keep at it.
