Our place is over at 22/24 C in Pratap Nagar. Being right near the bus stand means there is always something going on outside our door. It’s convenient for the guys getting to work, even if it’s a bit crowded during the morning rush hours. We spend our days dealing with home building and all the small details that come with that. It isn’t always easy, and sometimes we run into issues with supplies or timing, but we just deal with it as it comes. We aren't a huge corporation with fancy suits. Most of the time, we have dust on our shoes from visiting the plots. We’ve seen Pratap Nagar change quite a bit over the years. We take on various projects and try to keep things moving. There’s a lot of paperwork involved in building homes, which none of us really enjoys, but it has to be done to keep things legal and safe. We just want to make sure the houses we build are solid. People around here know where to find us if they need something. We keep things pretty simple and straightforward. No big promises, just steady work. Some days are very long, especially when we’re trying to finish a phase of a project before the monsoon starts. We just do our bit and go home at the end of the day. It’s not a fast-paced life, but it keeps us busy and we like the people we work with. The bus stand noise is just part of the background music for us now.
