Interlink Properties

We’ve got our base set up along Ajmer Road. Interlink Properties is what we call ourselves, though mostly we’re just a group of people who know the local land and houses inside out. This road is always busy, and there’s always something new being built nearby. We spend half our time in the office and the other half driving up and down this stretch of road looking at different sites. It’s not a fancy job. We deal with a lot of paperwork, checking titles, and making sure the boundaries are where they’re supposed to be. Some days are just spent waiting for people to show up or making phone calls to find out why a deal is stuck. We don't use any big marketing tricks. People usually find us because they see our sign or they’ve heard we’ve helped someone else on Ajmer Road before. We try to be real with people. If a plot is going to have drainage issues or if the price is too high for the area, we’ll say so. It’s better to be upfront than to have someone unhappy later on. We’ve seen the way this area has changed over the years, and we just try to keep up with it. It’s a lot of walking, talking, and hoping the weather stays clear when we’re out in the fields. We’re just doing our bit in the property market here.
