Industrial Job

Our setup is located in Sakat Pura, Kota, right behind the Chambal Colony. If you look for the Gandhi Kirana Store, we are just behind that. It’s run by Sanjay Sahu, whose father is Ramdayal Sahu. This isn't a big corporate recruitment firm called Industrial Job. It’s more of a local point for people looking for work in the industrial sector. Kota is known for many things, and there is always some industrial activity happening. We help connect people with jobs that need doing. It might be in a factory or a workshop nearby. The office is very simple, just enough for some desks and some paperwork. We don't have a website with thousands of listings. People mostly just walk in or call us to see what's available. We know the local shopkeepers and the factory owners, so we hear about openings before they are even posted anywhere else. Sometimes the office gets a bit crowded when people are waiting, but that's just part of the day. We don't use fancy software to match people; we just talk to them and see what they can do. It’s an honest way to help folks in the community find a way to earn a living. Being near the Chambal Colony, we are in a spot that many workers pass through. We just stay here, keep our records, and try to be helpful to whoever stops by during the week. That is how we operate here in Rajasthan.
