We are located at G 60-62 and 67-69 in the Jaitpura area. It’s a pretty big spot because we need the space for all the leather work we do at Mayur Leather Products Ltd. If you come out this way, you’ll see it’s a whole row of industrial units. Our place is simple—just big work sheds where the magic happens, though it’s more like hard work than magic. We spend our days sorting through hides, cutting them, and getting everything ready for the next stage. The noise from the machines is something you just get used to after a while. It’s a busy environment with people always on the move. We aren't into the corporate style of doing things; we’re more about getting our hands dirty and making sure the job is finished. The weather can be a bit of a pain, especially when it gets really hot in Jaitpura, but we just keep the fans going and stay on task. Most of the staff has been with us for years, so we’re like a big, slightly disorganized family. We don't have a polished front office. When you visit, you’re basically walking right into where the work is being done. There are stacks of boxes waiting to be shipped and pieces of leather everywhere. It’s just a practical, everyday factory where we try to do a decent job without any of the extra fluff.
