Our shop is number 12 inside Noor Plaza, which sits right on M.I. Road. If you are familiar with Chameliwala Market, you know it is a place where there is always something happening. We have been in this little corner for a while, surrounded by other shops and the general bustle of the market. The plaza itself has its own character, with people coming in and out all day long. We spend most of our time organizing the items on the shelves and making sure everything is where it should be. It is not a very big shop, so we have to be careful about how we use the space. We don’t have any fancy lighting or modern displays; it is mostly just wooden shelves and the things we have collected. Usually, the mornings are quiet, giving us time to sweep up and prepare for whoever might stop by. M.I. Road can be a bit overwhelming with the traffic and the noise, but once you step inside the market, it feels a little different. We try to keep things organized, but sometimes it gets a bit messy when we are unpacking new items. We are just regular people running a small business in a busy part of town. We don’t have a big team or anything, just a couple of us who know the inventory well. We like the rhythm of the market and the way the day unfolds here every single week.
