India Properties

We set up shop at A 21 in the Padam Vihar area of Mansarovar. We are right across from Rajat Path, which is a fairly well-known stretch around here. Our office for India Properties is just a simple storefront where we handle all the local real estate business. It is a busy neighborhood, especially in the evenings when everyone is out and about. We have a couple of desks and some old files that have been with us for years. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting people who just walk in off the street. Mansarovar is a big place, and Padam Vihar has its own character that we have grown to like. We do not have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just a few of us who know the local roads and the people who live on them. We check out houses, look at plots of land, and try to keep everything straight. Sometimes the printer jams or the internet goes slow, but we manage to get the work done. It is a very local feel here. We know the shopkeepers nearby and we see the same faces every day. We do not try to be anything we are not. We just provide a place for people to come and talk about buying or selling property in this part of Jaipur. It is straightforward work and we like it that way.
