Impact

Impact is located on Ajmer Road in Jaipur. It is a busy stretch of road and we see a lot of traffic passing by every single day. We handle various tasks related to the construction and development side of things. Being on Ajmer Road means we are right in the middle of a lot of new growth in the city. Our office is a place where we sort out the daily logistics and make sure the workers know where to go. We have a small team here. We do not spend much on decorations or flashy signs inside. Most of our time is spent out on the road or visiting different project locations across the area. Jaipur is a tough place to work because of the weather, but we are used to the sun by now. We started Impact because we knew the area well and saw there was a need for practical work. We do a lot of different things, mostly making sure projects stay on track. It is not always easy and there are many days where things do not go according to the plan. We just fix the issues and keep moving forward. We do not have a big corporate philosophy or anything like that. We just show up and do what is required of us. People in the neighborhood know us as the local guys who are always busy with something. It is just a regular business.
