Our team is based out of Dausa in Rajasthan. We go by Ijm India Infrastructure Ltd. Being here in Dausa means we deal with a lot of different types of land and tough weather. It’s quite different from the big cities like Jaipur. We don’t have a long, complicated address because everyone around here knows where the main spots are located. We do infrastructure work, mostly focused on the basics like roads or building foundations for the community. It gets very hot during the summer months, but we keep moving regardless of the sun. Our setup is pretty straightforward. We don't have a marketing department or a fancy website team to tell our story. It's just a group of us trying to make sure the jobs get finished on time and according to the plans we were given. We use the local materials when we can to save time. Sometimes we have to travel out to more remote parts of Rajasthan for a project, staying in small towns for weeks. It’s part of the job. We don’t really talk much about big goals. We just look at the blueprints and start building. That’s how we’ve always done it here in the district. If someone asks what we do, we just say we build things. It's simple and honest. Our office isn't anything special to look at. Just some old desks and a lot of maps on the wall. We spend most of our time out where the actual work is happening anyway. It feels right being in a place like Dausa where you can see the results of your labor every day.
