Icici Prudential Asset Management Company Ltd is located out on Jhotwara Kalwar Road. If you know that area, you know how the traffic can get sometimes, especially during the morning rush. I usually try to get here before the main squeeze starts. The building is right there on the road, so it’s easy to find if you’re looking for it. Inside, it’s mostly just us sitting at our stations. We have some computers and a lot of folders stacked up on the side tables. The windows look out toward the road, so I spend a fair bit of time watching the cars and bikes go by when I'm taking a small breather. Jhotwara is a busy part of the city, and Kalwar Road is like the main artery for a lot of us. It gets a bit noisy with the horns, but you get used to it after a week or two. We drink a lot of water because it gets dry in here. There isn't much to say about the decor; it's plain walls and standard office lighting. It’s a practical space for what we do. Sometimes the delivery guys get confused about which entrance to use, but they eventually figure it out. We spend most of the day just looking at the screens and talking to whoever comes through the door. It’s just another day on Kalwar Road for the team here.
