We are at H 22 on Bhagat Singh Marg. This is where Hivestica Partners Llp is based. It’s a central enough location that people can find us without too much trouble. The office is a bit small, but we make it work. We have a long table where we all sit and do our tasks. It gets a bit crowded when we have visitors, but we just pull up another chair. There’s no big corporate vibe here. We wear casual clothes and talk about what’s for lunch as much as we talk about the partners' business. Bhagat Singh Marg is a well-known street, so there’s always something happening outside. We hear the cars and the occasional protest or parade. It keeps things interesting throughout the day. We don't have a receptionist; usually, whoever is closest to the door just opens it. We handle a lot of emails and phone calls. Sometimes we stay late to finish up a project, and the streetlights come on outside. It’s a simple office life. We aren't trying to change the world, just doing a good job with the work we have in front of us. We keep our records in order and try not to spill tea on the documents. It’s a real place with real people working together every day. Sometimes the fan makes a clicking noise but we just ignore it and keep typing.
