Hishimo Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. is located over at 20-A in the Sudarshanpura Industrial Area. It’s an older part of town where a lot of manufacturing happens, so there is always the sound of machinery and trucks moving in the background. Our building is a simple structure that focuses more on the workspace than on looking fancy. Inside, we have our production area and a small office section where we handle the administrative side of things. It can get quite hot in the summer months, but we just keep the fans going and get on with the job. Most of our day is spent checking on batches and making sure the supplies are coming in on time. We don't have a big corporate team; it's mostly just a few of us who have been working together for years. We handle a lot of pharmaceutical processing, which means we have to be careful with our records and keep everything organized in the back. There’s a lot of dust from the road outside, so we are always cleaning the desks and shelves. We usually bring our own lunch and sit together in the small break area before getting back to the afternoon tasks. It’s a straightforward way to make a living, and we like being part of the local industrial community. Most people around here know us as the place that’s been around since the neighborhood was much quieter. We just show up and do the work needed to keep the company running.
