We are located over on New Sanganer Road in the Vivek Vihar area, specifically at number 630. It’s a decent-sized place where we handle the pharmaceutical side of things. Most of the day is spent dealing with inventory and making sure the supplies are where they need to be. Medicine is a serious business, so we try to keep things as tidy and organized as we can, even when it gets hectic. The road outside can get pretty backed up with traffic, especially in the mornings, but inside it's usually just the sound of people working and the occasional phone ringing. We've been in this spot for a bit now and it suits us fine. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that, just people who know what they're doing with the products. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish up the logs or check the batches, but that’s part of the deal when you're in this industry. It isn't always exciting, but it’s important work that needs doing correctly every single time. We don't use a lot of big words to describe what we do. We just make sure the medicine gets out the door and reaches the people who are waiting for it. It's practical work for practical people, and we like it that way. No reason to complicate things when people just need their supplies delivered on time.
