We are based at 6/377 in Malviya Nagar. It is a straightforward place, nothing too complicated about it. We have a small office where we handle all the planning and logistics for our development work. It’s not a large space, but it fits our small team just fine. We have a few desks, some chairs, and a lot of folders piled up on the shelves. Malviya Nagar is a busy area, so there is always something going on outside our window. We usually start work around nine in the morning. Most of our day involves talking to contractors and making sure we have enough materials for whatever we are working on at the moment. We don't have any big corporate mission or anything like that. We just focus on getting the buildings up and making sure the work is solid. Sometimes things go wrong, like a delivery being late or the weather causing problems, and we just have to figure it out as we go. We aren't the type of people who wear suits every day. Most of the time we are in casual clothes because we might need to head out to a dusty site at a moment's notice. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning till night. We’ve lived and worked in this area for a long time, so we know how things work around here. There is usually some paperwork to finish before we head home for the evening.
