Hindustan Sanitaryware & Industries Ltd.

Our office is located at Ad-6A, Devi Marg, in the Bani Park area of Jaipur. It’s a fairly central spot in Rajasthan, so we get plenty of people passing through our doors. Hindustan Sanitaryware & Industries Ltd. uses this building to manage our operations in the desert state. The building has some of that traditional Jaipur look, though we’ve kept the inside very simple and focused on work. We deal with sinks, toilets, and all the pipes that go with them every single day. The heat in the summer can be intense here, so we start early in the morning to get the heavy lifting done before the sun gets too high in the sky. We have a small courtyard where we keep some of the larger items or empty crates. It’s not a fancy place, just some desks, chairs, and a lot of paperwork regarding bathroom supplies. We spend our days coordinating with dealers across the state and making sure the inventory matches our books. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power goes out, so we go back to using the phone or writing things down by hand. It’s a very hands-on job. We don't use any big marketing talk; we just tell people what we have in stock and when it can be delivered to their site. The staff here is mostly local, and we take our tea breaks together under the shade of the porch. It’s a steady, honest business and we’ve been part of the Bani Park community for years.
