We are Hindani Realtors India Private Limited, and we're located at Shop No. 1-2 in Jagdamba Colony, right along Agra Road. It’s a convenient spot because people can just pull over and walk right in. The shop is small, and we’ve filled it with desks and a few cabinets for all the property deeds we handle. Since we are right on Agra Road, it gets quite loud with the trucks and buses passing by, but you stop noticing the noise after a few weeks. We’ve been working out of this colony for a good bit now. Most of our day is spent balancing the books and making sure the registrations are moving along. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small group of us who know the local area well. We spend a lot of time drinking chai and talking to the other shop owners nearby. It’s a tight-knit community here. We don't try to polish our image or act like we’re something we aren't. We just know about real estate and we share that knowledge with anyone who asks. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish up paperwork, and other days we close early if things are quiet. It’s a very practical, local business. We keep things simple and try to be as helpful as we can without making things complicated. That’s just how we operate day to day.
