Our place is located in the Jamdoli Central Spine area, right over in Vidhyadhar Nagar, at B30. It’s a decent spot for an import-export business like ours. We have been here for a bit, and the neighborhood has grown up around us. Most of what we do involves a lot of paperwork and checking on shipments that are coming in or going out. It is not always exciting, but it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. The office is usually a bit of a mess with samples and shipping documents scattered around. We try to keep it organized, but when things get busy, that usually goes out the window. We are just regular people working hard to make sure the items get where they are supposed to go. There are no big speeches or complicated systems here, just us and our computers and a lot of phone calls. Sometimes the shipments get delayed at the port, and we have to spend the whole day on the phone trying to sort it out. That can be frustrating, but we just take it as it comes. We have coffee together in the morning and then jump into the day's tasks. It is a straightforward business, and we prefer it that way. No need for anything fancy when the work is right there in front of you. We deal with all sorts of goods, from small items to larger orders that take up more space and require extra planning.
