We run Highland Houses Pvt. Ltd. from our office at 116 Milap Nagar in Jaipur. It’s right across from the Jaipuria Government Hospital on Tonk Road, so it’s easy to find if you're in that part of town. We also have roots back in Mukandarh in the Jhunjhunu district. It’s a bit of a mix of city and rural for us. Building houses is what we spend all our time on. The Jaipur office is usually where we sit down and look at the numbers or talk to folks who walk in off the street. It's not a very big space, and it gets quite warm in the Rajasthan afternoons. We don't really use those corporate scripts when we talk to people. We just say things as they are. Building a house can be a real headache with all the permits and materials, so we try to just handle that part without making a big deal out of it. Most of our workers have been building things since they were young. We’ve got some projects going on in the city and some back towards the Jhunjhunu area. It keeps us moving between the two locations. We aren't looking to be the biggest name in Rajasthan, just a reliable group that finishes the job. If you’re near Tonk Road, you can see our small sign at Milap Nagar. We've been around for a while and we just like to focus on the bricks and mortar. It is what we know how to do best.
