Hf Metalart Pvt. Ltd. is based at E-67 in the Epip area, specifically in the Gems & Jewellery Zone of Sitapur. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city of Jaipur, but it’s where all the specialized work happens. The area is full of workshops. Inside our place, it’s often noisy with the sound of metal being worked on. We have various tools for casting and polishing. It’s a dirty job in some ways, but the end result is usually quite clean. We spend a lot of time on the details because with metal, if you mess up, you often have to melt it down and start over. Our team is a mix of skilled workers who have been doing this for a long time. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture in the office. We'd rather spend that money on better tools or maintenance for the machines. The days are long, and we often have to stay late to meet a deadline. It’s not a corporate environment at all. We mostly just talk about the projects we have going on and how to solve whatever technical problem came up that morning. Sometimes the air is thick with the smell of metal dust, but that's normal for us. We just focus on making the pieces and getting them out to the people who ordered them. It’s honest, hard work that keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday without fail every week.
