We’ve been here at Sodala Sewj Farm for a good bit now. Our office is right there in Ram Nagar, not too far from Mahatma Jyotiba Phoole College, so we see the students and teachers walking by every day. It’s a busy little spot, honestly. Sometimes the traffic gets a bit much, but it’s home. Hemant Properties isn't some giant corporate thing with glass walls. It's just us in a small room with a few chairs and a lot of folders. People come in mostly to ask about shops or houses around this part of town. We know the streets here pretty well because we’ve lived and worked around here forever. It’s mostly just sitting down, having some tea, and talking about what’s available. Nothing too complicated. Sometimes the phone rings all day and other times it’s quiet enough to hear the birds outside. We don’t really do fancy brochures or big ads. Most folks find us because they live nearby or their cousin told them we were here. We try to keep things simple. If someone needs a place to stay or a bit of land near the college, we just look through what we’ve got and show it to them. It’s a local business through and through, just doing the work day in and day out. Not much more to it than that. We just like being part of the neighborhood and helping out where we can.
