It’s a standard office setup, nothing too crazy. We have our desks, our chairs, and a lot of folders. The Jaipur heat can be a bit much in the summer, but we have a fan that keeps us going while we work on the accounts. Sanganer is a great place to be because there are always people around. We spend a lot of our time checking entries and making sure everything matches up. It is not the kind of place where you’ll find fancy suits or expensive coffee machines. We just make our own tea and get to work. People from the neighborhood know us by name. We try to be helpful when someone comes in with a question about how the Nidhi works. It’s mostly just paperwork and keeping records for our members. Sometimes the traffic outside on the Jagatpura roads is loud, but we get used to it. We are just a small team of local folks. We don't have big goals of taking over the world. We just want to keep the books straight and be here when the doors open every morning. It is a simple life for us.
