We operate out of Vidhyadhar Nagar, specifically in the Central Spine area at Mahima Heritage, unit B-10, 106. This part of the city is quite planned out, so it feels a bit different than the old markets. Our daily routine involves a lot of looking at different properties and keeping track of who is moving where. The office is a simple setup with desks and a few chairs for people to sit while we talk about rentals. We spend a lot of time on the phone or walking over to different flats in the Mahima Heritage building and other nearby complexes. It’s a lot of back and forth, checking keys and making sure the places are in decent shape for the next person. Central Spine is a busy hub, so there are always people around looking for a place to stay. We don’t use any complicated systems, just a lot of lists and local knowledge about which house is empty and which one is about to be. Sometimes it gets a bit hectic when several people want to see the same flat at once. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we keep our files and meet with folks. We know the Vidhyadhar Nagar area pretty well by now because we spend so much time traversing the streets between the different blocks. It’s basic work, helping people find a roof over their heads.
