Harsh Madico

We are located on Nehru Marg in the Bada Bazar area of Moti Nagar. If you look for Anand Bhandar, we are right near there. Bada Bazar is always crowded, and it feels like the whole world is passing by our door sometimes. Harsh Madico is a small place, packed with everything we need to serve the people who come in. It’s an old part of town, so the buildings are close together and the lanes are narrow. We’ve been here long enough that we know the delivery drivers and the other shopkeepers by heart. It’s a busy life, starting early to get the shutters up and staying late to finish the accounts. We don't have any fancy displays or bright lights; we just keep the place clean and functional. The heat in the summer can be tough since the ventilation isn't the best in these old structures, but we have a couple of fans that do the trick. People come to us because they know where we are and they know we’ve been here for years. We don't spend money on advertising because everyone in Moti Nagar knows the way to Nehru Marg. It’s a simple, honest business. We deal with people face-to-face every day, and that’s how we like it. There’s no corporate talk here, just plain conversation and getting things done. We just keep our heads down and work.
