It’s a bit tucked away, so you have to look closely for the turn. The office is just a regular room in the building. We’ve got some old furniture and a lot of paper files. We like being near the marble shops because it’s a landmark everyone knows. Most of the people who come to see us are working in the nearby businesses or live in the Malan area. We spend the day going through the books and making sure the numbers add up. It’s not high-tech work. We use a computer for the main stuff, but there’s still a lot of writing things down by hand. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in the office when a few people show up at once, but we manage. We aren't big on fancy talk or marketing. We just explain how the savings work and help people fill out their forms. The Ajmer Road traffic can be loud, but inside the lane, it’s a bit quieter. We’ve been here for a while and the locals know where to find us. It’s just a plain, honest place to do business. We try to be helpful and keep things simple for everyone who comes by.
