Our office is located at 27, Lohiya Colony in the Vaishali Nagar area of Jaipur. It is a busy neighborhood with a lot of new buildings going up all the time. We work out of a small space here, mostly dealing with property and land around the Rajasthan area. Real estate can be a bit of a headache with all the paperwork and the constant phone calls, but we have been doing it for a while now. If you come by, you’ll probably see us sitting around the main table with maps of the local plots. Jaipur is a hot place, so the fan is always going in the office. We don't have a big sales team or a call center. It’s just a few of us who know the local market and the people in the colony. Most of our time goes into showing the plots and the houses that are available to the folks who visit. We aren't looking to be some massive corporation; we just get through the day and show people the options without a lot of fuss. It is a simple business, really. We just keep our files in order and try to stay honest with everyone who walks through the door. Some days are slow and others we don't even have time to eat lunch, but that is just the nature of real mart life here in Jaipur. We've been in Lohiya Colony a long time now.
