We are located over in the Prem Nagar area, specifically in the Madhuwan Vatika Vistar section off the Agra Road. Jaipur is such a fast-growing city and there is construction work happening almost everywhere you look these days. Our small office at B-3 is where we plan out the daily jobs for our various construction crews. It is usually covered in a bit of dust from the blueprints and the heavy boots coming in from the different sites. We spend most of our time out in the sun, checking on walls and foundations rather than sitting behind a big desk all day. It is a tough business to be in and things do not always go according to the original schedule, especially when the weather turns bad or the materials get delayed for some reason. We have got a small crew of guys who have been working with us for many years, and we just try to get the work done right so the buildings stay solid. It is not about trying to be the biggest company in Jaipur; it is just about finishing the project we have in front of us. The office is very simple, just a place to keep the tools and talk to the guys in the morning. Agra Road is always busy, so there is a constant hum of trucks and bikes right outside our door. We drink a lot of tea and talk about the next site we need to move to.
